Our standards for our Armed or Tactical Security Officers are strict, often resulting in even prior military applicants not qualifying with firearms to even start the onboarding process. At the core of armed security is proficiency in firearms qualifications and the tremendous responsibility of uncompromising awareness in what armed tactical security is and what application of force really means in a corporate setting. Our normal work environment is large corporate settings and we have perfected blending a non-policing presence in tactical uniforms while enjoying strong relationships with our clients employees. Unless otherwise required, we provide "High Visibility, No Intimidation" services.
We use a cutting edge management software allowing us to provide proof of work with automatic daily reporting to our clients showing work, activities, reports, and GPS locations of activities. Our clients are encouraged to actively review our work and provide instant and or daily input as the client sees appropriate. We are transparent in showcasing our proof of work.
Our strategy is to create highly customized services to include hybrid blending of tactical security with other client needs. Spear Agents typically have a background suitable to cover multiple positions which creates direct savings for a client and or increases the value of our services to a point where cost is offset. An example of this is our Hybrid Tactical Security/Med/EHS Agent. This Agent has a medical response type of background, has Tactical Combat Casualty Care TCCC certification, and has a background to assist in Environmental, Health and Safety roles. Agents are preparing to be trained and certified in Cooperative Performance Science and Intelligence and Incident Command Systems. Spear Agents are not far beyond an armed security officer. They are specialized multi speciality operators backed by business and operations minded tactical operations professionals.
We offer a full range of horizontal to vertical assessment, training, development and professional service programs far beyond security services. We can provide training programs for applicants before they step foot on the clients property, continued training and development for clients managers and leaders, support services globally such as incident command, set up training hubs and develop training for our clients, install security technologies, use remote systems and drones, assessments and facilitate or management cross facility audits, and other services and support to achieve special recognition through our Safe and Secure certification program. This certification is from Spear Group and recognizes clients that have demonstrated a well documented commitment to providing a Safe and Secure environment. Spear is the only authorized group to provide the Spear Group Safe and Secure program.
At Spear, we are not the run, hide fight check off kind of company. Active Shooter events are traditionally preventable and with proper preparation more effectively and efficiently ended. Our Active Shooter program is founded on 7 key expectations that every stakeholder group at each level of the organization needs to understand and meet to reduce the chance and harm caused by Active Shooter events. Spear is the only authorized group to provide Rule of 7 and ASD program training and certifications.
At Spear, we can create customized scalable services (based on availability of qualified Agents) and we can provide a full range of services to include licensed investigators, UAS pilots, CPR/AED/First Aid instructors, hand to hand combat instruction, K-9 services, close and executive protection services, armored car and private jet services and well as other that can be coordinated for our clients. Spear Group also works closely with law enforcement, fire departments, EMS and SWAT teams to ensure the best possible coordination in times of crisis..
Spear Group aligns it strategies and practices to Cooperative Performance Science, CPSI, practices and models. CPSI allowing cooperative and compliance driven environments and activities to be mapped, analyzed, replicated and improved. This mapping allows Spear to more easily incorporate de-escalation into our tactical posture. It allows us to see the big picture and it is the foundation for our programs and certifications such as the Rule of 7 and Safe and Secure programs and certifications. The ASD program is founded on Cooperative Intelligence.
